If you purchase a pair of shoes and the size is not suitable, you have the option to exchange it for another size, color (if your size is not available in the selected color), model (if the selected model is not available in your size in our range of colors), or choose another product from our store if we don't have the aforementioned options for the exchange. However, please note that no refunds will be issued, as our products on sale are considered final. In the case of an incorrect size selection, improper fit, or dissatisfaction with the product, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, to receive your new item, we will send you an email with the link to make the payment for the replacement shipping cost. On our part, we will cover the return and shipping costs of the new product only if we make the mistake of sending the wrong item. Thank you for your understanding.
