Cycling Shoes Warranty

 

ZOL Shoes are warranted with proof of purchase for up to 1 year. Warranty includes defects in material and workmanship. We provide the following processing ways:

ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS PROCESSING via email

1. Send an email to warranty@zoleyewear.com with the following:

   • Clear pictures of the damaged product.
   • A brief description of your claim.
   • Include the name of the model.
   • Include the order number if purchased online or the email used for the order.
2. Upon receipt, our warranty department will evaluate the images
3. If your claim is approved, we will send you an electronic invoice via email for the $15 processing fee, plus applicable taxes.

4. After payment, you will receive the exact (same) model of shoes.

Please note: If the exact model is unavailable, we will notify you. You will then have the option to choose a different color of the same model or select another model of equal or lesser value.

Delivery Options:

You have the option of:

• Free Shipping: We'll ship the product to your provided address.
• Warehouse Pickup (Bayamón): Collect your product directly from our warehouse located at 14 Marginal Forest Hills, Bayamón, Puerto Rico 00959.

In-Store Purchases:

If you purchased the product in a physical store, please send a picture of the receipt along with the required information mentioned above.
